I cannot connect to the app.

Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network and not 5ghz one. Please press the WPS button your router and then the one on your camera. Wait a short while and then try to reconnect.

I'm having trouble syncing the time with my phone app.

Please make sure you have updated the app.

Can I view the camera footage from a PC?

What is the correct app to use?

Yale Smart Living Home View App. This is available through the App store for IOS or Play store for Android.

I cannot get a 4g/3g connection. My camera only connects via my own Wi-Fi.

Please go into the app, on the home page before accessing camera, click on about, then general and make sure the option 'only stream connected to Wi-Fi' is off.

I'm getting motion detection alerts, but have no recorded footage on the event.

The alerts are there to prompt you to view via the app for live footage. However you will not get recorded events until an SD card has been inserted. This will then record 1 minute of footage once motion is detected.

I Cannot connect wirelessly to my router.

Please press the reset button on the camera, followed by the WPS button on the router and re-try to connect. Make sure you do not connect using the cable first, using this requires you to connect only using the wired option, please reset again, and start again, also re-enter the password on the app.

Can I link to a DVR (CCTV SYSTEM)?

Yes, only a hybrid DVR and set configurations.

Do these cameras have 2 way audio?

Yes

When SD Card is inserted does this automatically record?

Yes, however this is optional and doesn’t come with the kit.
