I have forgotten my PIN code.

Please e-mail info@yale.com.tr with the serial number & ID.
Note: The Consumer Help team cannot send a override master code.

I cant get into my safe, the batteries are flat.

You will need a 9volt battery, the backup terminal is underneath the dial turn. When you first apply the battery, the keypad will illuminate and then go off. However, keep the battery help on and then swipe the keypad to re-illuminate and enter your PIN Code. Once the safe is open please replace the batteries.

Will my code still be the same when batteries have exhausted?

Your code will remain the same until you go through the reset code procedure.

The keypad flashes 3, 2, 1. What does this mean?

You have been locked out due to incorrect code. Please wait until the 3 minute countdown has expired and re-try

Can I wall or floor mount this safe?

You can only floor mount this safe, due to the fire-protective material inside

Certified Safes

I have lost my override key, what can I do?

Replacement keys can be ordered via the  Yale store online. Please make sure you have the key number (front of the safe) before ordering.

The safe is not accepting my new code?

Please make sure you are completing the set code procedure until it displays 'good', remembering that if you have opened the safe with the key you also have to lock it with the key, from then on using the code as usual.

Where can I find my key number?

This will be underneath the keypad written on to a long serial number.

Can I wall or floor mount this safe?

Four bolts are provided. You can either wall or floor mount this safe.

Problem setting code, display says ‘ERROR’

First press and hold down the ‘ENTER’ and keep pressed down.
Whilst keeping ‘ENTER’ button pressed down, then press ‘3’, the ’SET CODE’ message will appear on the display.
Enter your new code and press the key symbol, you will be asked to repeat this.
